Mark’s Mini Meatballs

300g mince meat
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 Tbs tomato sauce
1 Tbs dark soy sauce
½ cup bread crumbs
2 Tsp oil

Combine all ingredients. Shape tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls, place on tray in single layer, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat oil in frying pan, add meatballs, cook gently until well browned all over and cooked through.
